Used on a few stainless jobs and it’s been consistent overall. Arc starts clean and stays stable without feeling too harsh.
The puddle is easy to follow and doesn’t get out of control, which helps keep a uniform bead. It flows well enough to tie in properly without overworking it.
Welds came out clean and didn’t require much cleanup. For general stainless work, it’s a solid, no hassle option.

Used these rods on general stainless fabrication and they ran consistently. Arc starts without much effort and stays stable through the weld.
The puddle has a good balance, not too fluid, not too stiff, so it’s easier to keep control on fillets and joints. Bead comes out even and ties in well.
Slag forms evenly and usually comes off clean, which keeps cleanup time down. Overall, a dependable rod for regular stainless work.

Saw this on my TikTok and decided to stop by and pick up a box myself. Glad I did. These E308L-16 rods run really smooth，easy arc start, stable throughout, and they work well on both AC and DC.
Used them on some stainless repair work and they handled great in all positions. Slag comes off clean and the bead looks nice without much cleanup. Low carbon makes a difference, especially when you’re trying to avoid corrosion issues.
Overall very satisfied with both the product and the experience. Will definitely be coming back.
